Have a tight corner, low ceiling height or low ceiling stairwell and the height of the two largest bed parts need to be modified to fit?

Yes, we can do that. We will modify the headboard and footboard of the bed (nothing else is modified) and adjust the height into two smaller pieces that are adjoining. One piece will be 54" high, the other, 26" for a combined height of our standard 80". There will be a seam between the pieces that we do our best to make as clean as possible (sorry we can't make it disappear, we're not magicians), and while the rigidity remains intact, we are cutting steel into smaller pieces so it's not 100% the same as a single piece of steel - but the overall strength will be there to use the bed as you normally would.

De-Construct option, What are the headboard and footboard piece sizes going to be?

The following provides measurements of the two divided pieces that will make up the headboard and footboard of your bed frame. *Note that for shipment stability, the bed will ship with these parts combined and some disassembly will be required upon arrival, to bring the piece(s) into your home:

We charge for fabrication time and additional materials to make these modifications and it is applicable to any bed model we currently sell.

NOTE: since we are essentially making the bed frame, cutting it to smaller parts, and then fortifying and rebuilding the frame again for strength, please allow 2 additional weeks lead time (in addition to our standard lead times) for the completion of any de-constructed bed frame. Thank you!

* the pieces ship assembled to prevent potential alignment issues during transport - for the headboard and footboard pieces. They each come apart into two pieces and your assistance in directing the delivery team to remove the foam packaging from the posts of the bed to pull them apart may be needed. An allen wrench will likely be required to remove the bolts that hold the pieces together.
